Welcome to Airgrab. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Airgrab food delivery platform, which operates as a buyer network participant (NP) on the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC). The domains airgrab.ai and airgrab.in are properties of Airgrab Private Limited. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
1. Definitions
- “Airgrab” refers to the food discovery and ordering platform.
- “User” refers to any person accessing or using Airgrab.
- “ONDC” refers to the Open Network for Digital Commerce.
- “LLMs” refers to large language models, including OpenAI and Google Gemini, used in Airgrab for food recommendations.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Airgrab. By using the platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. Use of Services
3.1 Food Discovery & AI Recommendations
- Airgrab uses OpenAI and Google Gemini to generate food suggestions based on user input.
- AI-generated recommendations are for informational purposes only and may not always reflect real-time availability, pricing, or suitability.
3.2 Ordering & Payments
- Orders are placed via ONDC participants and fulfilled by restaurants and delivery partners. Airgrab does not own or operate any restaurants, cloud kitchens, warehouses, or logistics services. All food preparation, packaging, billing, and delivery are handled by independent seller participants and their logistics partners onboarded on the ONDC network.
- Any dispute arising on the order or logistics should be taken to the respective parties involved via the ONDC network.
- Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Airgrab does not store payment details.
3.3 User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- You agree to use Airgrab for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- You are responsible for ensuring that any food ordered meets your dietary and health requirements.
4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
- AI-generated food suggestions may be based on available data but are not guaranteed to be accurate.
- Airgrab is not responsible for incorrect or misleading recommendations made by AI.
- Users should verify food choices independently before placing orders.
5. Order Fulfillment & Liability
- Airgrab connects users with ONDC participants but does not prepare, handle, or deliver food.
- Any disputes related to food quality, delays, or non-fulfillment should be directed to the respective seller or delivery partner.
- Airgrab is not liable for errors, omissions, or disputes arising from ONDC participants.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Returns and refunds are subject to the policies of the respective seller or restaurant on ONDC.
- Airgrab does not process returns or refunds directly but will facilitate communication between users and sellers.
- Users must report issues with their orders within the timeframe specified by the seller.
- Refund eligibility, including partial or full refunds, is determined by the seller’s policies.
- Airgrab is not responsible for refund processing times or disputes regarding refunds.
- Airgrab may provide some refund based on its discretion on a case-by-case basic, but is not obligated to do so.
7. Data Privacy & Security
- Airgrab collects and processes personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
- We implement industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from:
- Misusing AI-generated recommendations for harmful or fraudulent purposes.
- Attempting to interfere with the platform’s operation.
- Violating any applicable laws while using Airgrab.
9. Modifications & Termination
- Airgrab reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
- Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
- Airgrab may suspend or terminate access for users violating these terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Airgrab is provided on an “as-is” basis.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.
- Airgrab is not responsible for losses arising from use of the application.
11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Bengaluru, India.
- Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or competent courts in Bengaluru.
